Well half a paddle! I couldn't afford the rest. But thought this was the more important half. Will do a review in 6 months when I can afford the rest.

Got the same half my self but I'd argue that the other half is just as important as this one. sometimes even more imo. It changes the entire dynamics of the paddle. I use it mostly for Downwind and have specific custom shafts for it. This blade was just over 9oz which is about 35% heavier than the carbon so I matched it with a heavier shaft for better balance. Enjoy, it's a great blade.

So I got the rest. A Gong shaft and handle. It fitted easily.
The catch of this blade is amazing. Thats what I really noticed at first. Went a bit too long as I was worried about cutting it short. Cut 3 cm off and it feels much better. I struggle to get the shaft vertical if the shaft is too long. I also put some rail saver where the shaft touches the board. I really find touching the shaft down the side of the board helps tracking.
Its under 500 grams. One scale says 470 the other says 485?
